Privacy Policy
Effective 26 August 2026.
This policy explains what this application holds about you, where it is held, who can see it, and how long it is kept. It is written for the students who use the weekly sprint tools.
The application is operated by Pineapple Rain Inc. of 7901 4th St N, Ste. 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Your coach is the person who sold you your sprint and who decides what happens to your information. Pineapple Rain Inc. runs the software on their behalf.
What is held about you
Only these things.
- Your email address. It is how your coach enrolled you and how you sign in. There is no password.
- Your enrollment. Which coach, which sprint, the date you bought, and whether the enrollment is active.
- What you write into the tools, and what they write back. Each session is stored so you can close the tab and return to it.
- The work the tools produce for you. Every version, each with the date it was created, kept in your library.
- Feedback you choose to send about a tool.
- Technical usage records. Counts of tokens used per request, which model answered, and where it ran. These carry no conversation content.
- A sign-in cookie, described further down.
Nothing else is collected. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising identifier, and no third party script anywhere in the pages you use. The application makes no request to any external host when a page loads.
Where it is held
Your data is held in the European Union. The database and the application server both sit in the EU, and that was a deliberate choice made when the system was built rather than a setting adjusted afterwards.
Some processing happens outside the EU, and the table below says exactly where and why.

The one that matters most
When you use a tool, what you type is sent to Anthropic to be answered, and that processing happens in the United States. This is named deliberately rather than buried, because it is the single point where your words leave the EU.
The processing region is pinned to the United States on every request rather than left to route wherever is convenient, and the region used is recorded against each request so the claim can be checked rather than taken on trust.
Your work itself stays in the EU. Anthropic answers a request and the answer is stored in the EU database.
What is deliberately not done
- Your coach cannot read what you write or what the tools produce for you. They see whether you have finished each week, and nothing of the content. Sharing your work is yours to do, by downloading it and sending it to whoever you choose.
- Your work is never sent in an email. Emails carry a link into your library instead, so the content itself stays behind your sign-in.
- Nothing is shared between coaches. There is no shared gallery, no shared examples, and no analysis of one coach's material for another's benefit.
- Conversation content is never written to logs, and error monitoring is configured to discard personal information before it is recorded, with a filter that is tested rather than assumed.
- Your data is never sold, and never used to train an AI model.
How long it is kept
Your work is kept for as long as your coach's account is active, and for 90 days after it closes. After that it is removed.
This means the life of your library is tied to your coach's relationship with Pineapple Rain Inc. If they stop using the platform, you have 90 days to download anything you want to keep. Download what matters to you rather than relying on it being there indefinitely.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area you have the right to ask for a copy of what is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to receive it in a portable form, to object to how it is used, and to complain to your national data protection authority.
Write to ask@pineapplerain.com and your request will be answered within one month. Requests are handled by hand today rather than by an automated tool, so tell us plainly what you want and it will be done.
One limitation worth stating plainly. When your data is erased, the enrollment record is anonymised rather than deleted outright. It stops identifying you and keeps only the fact that an enrollment existed, because completion figures are counted across enrollments and deleting the row would silently rewrite a coach's past numbers. Nothing that identifies you survives it.
If you are in the United States
Everything in this policy applies to you as well. Nothing described here is done only for people in Europe. Your work is held in the same EU database, your coach is unable to read it for the same reason, and it is neither sold nor used to train a model.
Whatever state you live in, you can write to ask@pineapplerain.com and ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You do not need to cite a law to be given any of those.
For California residents in particular. Your personal information is not sold, and it is not shared for cross context behavioural advertising. There is no advertising or analytics technology anywhere in these pages, so a Do Not Track signal has nothing to switch off. No information is disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing.
Cookies
One cookie is used, and only after you sign in. It holds your session so you stay signed in, lasts 30 days, cannot be read by scripts in your browser, and is sent only to this site. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes and you will be told before the change takes effect.
