Terms of Service

Effective 26 August 2026.

Who you are dealing with

You bought your sprint from your coach. They set the price, decides what the sprint contains, and is who you go to with questions about it.

Pineapple Rain Inc. of 7901 4th St N, Ste. 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 runs the software that delivers it. These terms cover your use of that software. They do not replace whatever you agreed with your coach when you bought.

Your account

Access comes from your purchase. Your coach enrols the email address you bought on, and signing in with that address is what proves the purchase. There is no password to remember and none to lose.

Because your inbox is what identifies you, keep it secure. Anyone who can read your email can reach your work.

Your account is yours alone. Do not share it. Your coach paid for one place in their sprint.

How the sprint unlocks

The sprint runs for four to six weeks depending on the one you bought, and each week opens on a schedule counted from the date you bought, not from a shared start date. Week 2 opens seven days after your purchase, week 3 fourteen days after, and so on.

Weeks unlock by date and not by how quickly you finish. You cannot race ahead. Working through your sprint at the pace it was designed for is the point of it.

If you miss a week, nothing is lost. Earlier weeks stay open and you can come back to them.

What the tools produce

What you type into a tool is yours. What a tool produces from it is yours too, and you may use it however you like, including commercially.

Your coach's tools, prompts and course material remain theirs. You may use them inside your sprint. You may not copy them, extract them, resell them, or rebuild them elsewhere.

Running a tool again never overwrites what came before. Each run is saved as a new version and every version stays in your library with the date it was made.

What these tools are, and are not

The tools are built on AI models. They can be wrong, and they can be confidently wrong. Read what they give you and judge it before you act on it.

Nothing produced here is legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. It is a starting point for your own thinking and your own decisions, and the decisions remain yours.

No particular result is promised. What you get out depends on what you put in and on circumstances outside anyone's control.

Fair use

Use the tools for your own sprint. Do not attempt to extract the instructions behind a tool, do not automate access to them, and do not use them to produce anything unlawful or anything that would harm another person.

There is a limit on how many times a tool can be run, set high enough that ordinary use will never reach it. It exists to catch runaway automation, not to ration your work.

Your data

The Privacy Policy explains what is held, where, and for how long. Two points from it matter enough to repeat here.

Your coach cannot read what you write or what the tools produce for you. They see whether you have completed each week and nothing more.

Your library lasts as long as your coach's account is active, plus 90 days. Download anything you want to keep permanently rather than relying on it staying available.

Availability

Reasonable effort goes into keeping the service running, but it is not promised to be available without interruption. If something fails while you are working, your session is saved and you can pick it up again.

Ending access

Access can be withdrawn if these terms are broken, in particular by sharing an account or by trying to extract a coach's material.

If your coach stops using the platform, your access ends with their account, and the 90 day window in the Privacy Policy applies.

Refunds are between you and your coach. They took the payment and they decides.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Beyond that, Pineapple Rain Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for decisions you take based on what a tool produced.

Changes

These terms may change. If a change affects you, the date at the top changes and you will be told before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
